If you are under the age of 18 and will be supervised by someone other than your parent/guardian then the following Permission Form must be filled out every time.  This must be done for each day you visit our facility.

Every rider on premises MUST complete a waiver form.

Spectators MUST sign in at the front office.

Anyone that does not sign in is trespassing and will be prosecuted.
